Meeting with client / remoting. < / p>

At this stage, all client requests are established , we made ??a decision to draft relevant documents (drawings, pictures, photos, certificate of location , etc.. ) any policies and operation are explained .

Step 2: < / p>

First draft preliminary plans house. < / p>

At this stage, our technician , after the approval of a senior technician transmits preliminary plans houses ( front elevation, main floor ) to the client for a first look at their future home ( the time is 3 days after the first meeting ) .

Step 3: < / p>

Customer Feedback : < / p>

The customer analysis plans of houses, and returned with his comments and requirements .

Step 4: < / p>

Second Draft (correction) . < / p>

The technician fixes house plans according customer comments , and retransmits them approved plans to the customer.

N.B. Steps 3 and 4 can be taken by the customer as its goal is not reached. The PLANEQ Group reserves the right to charge additional fee if the customer abuse cycle .

Step 5: < / p>

Acceptance preliminary plans : < / p>

The customer approves plans for houses and gives permission to proceed to the final step.

Step 6: < / p>

Plans completed : < / p>

The house plans are completed , reproduced in the sales contract and delivered to the customer (paper and PDF ) .
